    摘要:

    为实现对现场水体环境中重金属离子浓度的快速检测,设计了一种基于电化学分析法的便携式重金属离子浓度快速检测仪。以STM32单片机为核心处理器,设计了扫描电压产生电路、恒电位电路、微电流检测单元等外围电路。对检测仪核心硬件电路恒电位电路和微电流检测单元进行分析测试,结果表明,硬件电路运行良好,设备稳定可靠。以铋膜修饰的丝网印刷电极作为传感器,采用差分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法对溶液中镉、铅离子进行标定实验,建立溶出伏安特性曲线。实验结果表明,系统采集到的溶出峰电流与重金属离子浓度具有良好的线性度,镉离子和铅离子线性相关系数分别达到0.994 5和0.997 8,且重复性良好。与原子吸收光谱法对比,相对误差最大为4.93%,表明检测仪较好的准确性。

    Abstract:

    Forthe rapid detection of heavy mental ion concentration in water, a protable detection instrument was designed based on electrochemical analysis.The STM32 micrcocontroller was adopted as control kernel, combined with peripheral circuits such as the scanning voltage generating circuit, the potentiostat circuit and micro current detecting unit. And the last two, regarded as core hardware circuits of the system, were analyzed in detail and tested.The results showed that the hardware circuits operated well and the equipment was stable and reliable. Screen-printed electrodes modified by bismuth-film coupled with differentialpulseanodicstrippingvoltammetry (DPASV) provideddeterminate experiment of the concentration of cadmium ion and lead ion in solution, and the stripping voltammetry curves are acquired. Experimental results showed that stropping peak current and heavy mental ion concentration had satisfactory linearity and repeatability, and the linear correlation coefficient of cadmium ion and lead ion reached to 0.9945 and 0.9978 respectively. Compared with atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), the maximum relative error is 4.93%,it showed that the instrument was accurate.
