    摘要:

    针对现阶段医用雾化器对药粉雾化效果不理想、送药粗放、药粉浓度调节不便的问题,研制一种基于LabVIEW的药粉气溶胶颗粒雾化测控仪。所设计的药粉气溶胶雾化测控仪由传感器、雾化杯、PCI6251数据采集卡和基于LabVIEW的PC机组成。数据采集卡分别采集流量传感器和浓度传感器输出的信号,送给上位机分析处理,进而控制流量阀的开度和步进电机的速度,调整加料量和加料速度,从而实现准确快速调整空气流量和药粉雾浓度。对测控仪进行性能实验表明:测控仪能够快速调整空气流量和药粉雾浓度并使之稳定在目标值附近,送药量可随时按需调整,在流量控制的误差<±1%,浓度控制的误差<±15%时,浓度调整时间约16 s。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of powder being atomized unsatisfactory, delivered extensively, and adjusted inconveniently by present medical atomizer, an instrument of powder aerosol particles which consisted of sensors, nebulizer cup, PCI6251 acquisition card and LabVIEW was developed. Output signals of flow sensor and concentration sensor were collected by PCI6251 and processed by PC to adjust the flow and the powder mist concentration accurately and quickly, as well as to adjust the feed amount and feed rate by controlling the opening of flow valve and the rate of stepper motor. The performance experiment results prove that the instrument can quickly adjust and stabilize the value and powder mist concentration near the target value; the amount of powder can be adjusted as needed at any time and the adjustment time is less than16 s, when the value control error range is1%~1%, the concentration control error range is15%~15%.
