    摘要:

    新能源系统中的蓄电池工作于荒野环境中,其数据远程监测常基于GPRS等无线通信方式实现,这种传输方式需要架设专属基站,成本较高。北斗短报文通讯通过卫星实现数据传输,无需架设基站。基于上述情况设计了一种基于北斗短报文通讯的蓄电池监测系统,系统由监测终端、北斗接收机、远程监测云平台组成。针对数据采集、数据监测与北斗短报文通讯的软硬件需求,给出了对应的设计思路与实现方案。同时考虑到荒野环境对卫星通讯的影响,提出了一种基于数据备份的传输差错控制方法以提高其传输可靠性。最后通过实际测试验证,该系统能有效的传输监测数据并对蓄电池进行定位,维护人员可通过云平台实时监测数据,降低远程监测的建设与维护成本。

    Abstract:

    The battery in the new energy system works in a wilderness environment, and its remote data monitoring is often realized based on wireless communication methods such as GPRS. This transmission method requires the establishment of a dedicated base station, which is costly. Beidou short message communication realizes data transmission through satellite, without the need to set up a base station. Based on the above situation, a battery monitoring system based on Beidou short message communication is designed. The system is composed of a monitoring terminal, a Beidou receiver, and a remote monitoring cloud platform. Aiming at the software and hardware requirements of data collection, data monitoring and Beidou short message communication, corresponding design ideas and implementation schemes are given. At the same time, considering the influence of the wilderness environment on satellite communication, a transmission error control method based on data backup is proposed to improve its transmission reliability. Finally, it is verified by actual tests that the system can effectively transmit monitoring data and locate the battery. Maintenance personnel can monitor the data in real time through the cloud platform, reducing the construction and maintenance costs of remote monitoring.
