    摘要:

    为了实现小型水下工作平台对水声换能器长时间采集存储,设计了一种以STM32H743系列为核心控制器的小型化、低功耗、大容量采集存储系统。程序设计主要采用STM32CubeMX完成整体框架搭建和外设控制器配置,并在HAL库基础上完成应用控制逻辑设计。特别在存储类型外设控制上添加了必要的异常处理和信息反馈,不仅提高系统可靠性,还为应用平台提供了多种应急处理方案。经测试,系统工作性能稳定,整体功耗可控制在1.5W以内。经数据上传和分析,以太网上传速度可达到3MB/s,上传功能稳定,数据存储正常。目前该系统已小批量生产,并应用于小型水下工作平台。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the long-time acquisition and storage of underwater acoustic transducer on small underwater working platform, a miniaturized, low-power, large-capacity acquisition and storage system based on STM32H743 series as the core controller is designed. The program design mainly uses STM32CubeMX to complete the overall framework construction and peripheral controller configuration, and completes the application control logic design based on the HAL library. In particular, the necessary exception handling and information feedback are added to the storage type peripheral control, which not only improves the reliability of the system, but also provides a variety of emergency handling solutions for the application platform. After the test, the system performance is stable, and the overall power consumption can be controlled within 1.5W. After data upload and analysis, the Ethernet upload speed can reach 3MB/s, the upload function is stable, and the data storage is normal. At present, the system has been produced in small batches and applied to the small underwater working platform.
