    摘要:

    针对工件尺寸测量问题,大部分都是使用人工的方式去测量工件的尺寸,不仅劳动强度大,而且还容易出现错误。为了避免此类情况的发生,设计了机器视觉技术对工件进行尺寸测量。在此,文章利用HALCON图像处理软件对工件进行高度测量,采用双目相机对工件进行图像采集,分析了双目立体视觉的工作原理并对相机进行了标定,提出了一种提取鞍点法来对工件进行定位,并且利用求平面向量来确定工件高度尺寸的方法,结果成功测出了工件的高度尺寸为50.3mm。实验结果表明:经过一系列的双目立体视觉处理手段,最终可以求出工件的高度尺寸,不仅提高了效率,而且在自动化生产方面具有较大实用价值。

    Abstract:

    For the issue of workpiece size measurement, most of them use manual method to measure the size of workpiece, which is not only labor-intensive, but also prone to errors. In order to avoid this kind of situation, machine vision technology is designed to measure the size of the workpiece. Here, this paper uses Halcon image processing software to measure the height of the workpiece, uses binocular camera to collect the image of the workpiece, analyzes the working principle of binocular stereo vision, calibrates the camera, and puts forward a method of extracting saddle point to locate the workpiece, and uses plane vector to determine the height dimension of the workpiece, Results the height dimension of the workpiece was successfully measured to be 50.3mm. The experimental results show that after a series of binocular stereo vision processing methods, the height and size of the workpiece can be obtained, which not only improves the efficiency, but also has great practical value for the automatic production of the assembly line.
