    摘要:

    目前针对脑卒中患者躯体感觉功能的研究较少,医院进行测试时仍在使用较为原始的两点辨别觉测试盘。本文论述了一种脑卒中患者感觉功能定量测试系统,弥补了现阶段康复医院中两点辨别觉传统测试方式缺乏数字化、现代化的问题。通过对系统进行软硬件设计,本套系统集成了测试、电子记录、图表分析等多种功能。经过医院实地测试,通过对比实验数据,可证明该系统定量测试所得数据与传统测试方法结果几乎一致,同时测试时间可以缩短90%左右,故该系统具有准确性和高效性,可以进一步推广和应用。

    Abstract:

    At present, there are few researches on the somatosensory function of stroke patients, and the two-point discriminative test disc used in hospitals is primitive. This article discusses a quantitative test system for the sensory function of stroke patients, which makes up for the lack of digitization and modernization of the traditional two-point discrimination test in rehabilitation hospitals at this stage. Through the software and hardware design of the system, this system integrates multiple functions such as testing, electronic recording, chart analysis, etc. After field tests and comparative experiments in hospital, the results of quantitative test are almost the same as those of traditional test method, and the test time can be reduced about 90%. The system achieves such high accuracy and efficiency that it can be further popularized and applied.
