    摘要:

    心电图对诊断心律失常具有重要意义,但心电信号易受各种噪声的干扰,噪声会改变心电信号的形态,影响心律失常的准确诊断。本文提出了一种改进经验小波变换的心电信号去噪算法,根据心电信号的频域特点,改进了经验小波变换中频谱的划分方法,并通过计算过零率和相关系数去除噪声相关的经验模态函数,使用小波阈值法去除剩余分量的残留噪声。实验结果显示,基线漂移和肌电干扰得到有效滤除,降噪后信号的信噪比为17.7382dB,均方根误差为0.0203,优于其他常用方法。改进的经验小波变换算法降噪效果明显,能够有效还原原始心电信号特征。

    Abstract:

    ECG plays an important role in the diagnosis of arrhythmia, but ECG signal is easily disturbed by various noises, which will change the shape of the signal and affect the accurate diagnosis of arrhythmia.This paper proposed an improved empirical wavelet transform denoising algorithm of ecg signals, divide the spectrum according to the frequency domain characteristics of ecg signal, and get rid of the noise by calculating the zero rate and the correlation coefficient of empirical mode functions, use wavelet threshold method to remove the residual noise. The experimental results show that the baseline drift and EMG interference are effectively filtered. SNR of the denoised signal is 17.7382db and RMSE is 0.0203, which is better than other common methods. The improved empirical wavelet transform algorithm has obvious noise reduction effect and can effectively restore the original ECG signal features.
