    摘要:

    针对发酵液生产过程中发酵罐内液位检测的实际需求,提出一种基于模板匹配及粗糙度纹理指标的液位检测算法。首先,系统通过工业相机采集实时液位图像,并针对环境因素影响,进行图像预处理来提高采集图像质量;其次,对图像进行透视变换达到矫正目的;然后,对灰度化图像中的感兴趣区域进行模板匹配,粗范围寻找液位位置;最后,通过计算粗糙度纹理指标精确查找液位位置,从而得到准确的液位高度数据,并将数据滤波后输出。实验结果表明,基于模板匹配及粗糙度纹理指标的液位检测算法在实际应用中检测结果准确度达到98.2%以上,且具有抗干扰效果好、实时性强等优点。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the practical needs of liquid level detection in fermentation tanks during the production of fermentation liquid, a liquid level detection algorithm based on template matching and roughness texture index is proposed. Firstly, the system collects real-time liquid level images from industrial cameras and performs image preprocessing to improve the quality of the collected images in view of the influence of environmental factors; secondly, perspective transformation is performed on the images to achieve the purpose of rectification; then, template matching is performed on the region of interest in the grayscaled image to search for the location of liquid level in a coarse range; finally, the roughness texture index is calculated to precisely search for the location of the liquid level, so as to obtain accurate liquid level height data, and the data is filtered and outputted. The experimental results show that the liquid level detection algorithm based on template matching and roughness texture index has an accuracy of more than 98.2% in practical applications, and has the advantages of good anti-interference effect and strong real-time performance.
