    摘要:

    针对传统透射式浊度检测仪在较低浊度范围测量精度不高的特点,提出一种变光程透射式测量方法,消除对透射光测量的干扰因素,基于此方法设计了一种新型变光程透射式浊度仪,介绍了仪器的工作原理和传感器结构,简化了浊度传感器的光路结构设计,降低了浊度传感器的体积和成本。该系统以STM32单片机为核心,进行电路控制和信号处理,抗干扰能力强。根据ISO7027标准配置浊度标准溶液并进行相关实验,验证自制仪器的可靠性稳定性,在低浊度测量范围提升了透射式浊度仪的测量精度。

    Abstract:

    In view of the low accuracy of the traditional transmission turbidity detector in the low turbidity range, a transmission measurement method of variable optical path is proposed, and the interference factors to the transmission light measurement are eliminated. Based on this method, a new type of variable optical transmission turbidimeter is designed. The principle of the instrument and the structure of the sensor are introduced. The design of the optical path structure of the turbidity sensor reduces the volume and cost of the turbidity sensor. The system takes STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core, performs circuit control and signal processing, and has strong anti-interference ability. According to the ISO7027 standard, the turbidity standard solution is configured and the related experiments are carried out to verify the reliability and stability of the self-made instrument. The measurement precision of the transmission turbidimeter is improved in the range of low turbidity measurement.
