    摘要:

    小水电站与大电力网并网运行条件下,存在运行稳定性差、自动重合闸装置无法对故障类型做出准确地判断等问题。当连接线路出现故障时,小水电侧重合闸成功率低。为了解决上述问题,采用检无压的重合方式,对传统的重合闸的控制逻辑进行改进。基于PLC技术设计了小水电自适应式配电线路的重合闸装置,重点解决了重合闸装置与其他继电保护方式的兼容问题,提高带小水电站线路的重合闸成功率。该装置在广东某地区电网的模拟测试结果表明其有效性,文中采用的重合闸装置时间的整定和控制策略,具有一定的工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    When the small hydropower stations are linked with the power system, it becomes difficult to judge the type of the fault which causes the running of the hydropower station unsteadily. If the fault takes place in the distribution line which links to the hydropower stations, the reclosing always fails. In order to solve this problem, adopt nonvoltage to reclose and improve the traditional reclosing control logic. A new reclosing relay device based on programmable logic controller is designed to resolve the problem of the compatibility with the other relaying actions and to improve the success rate of reclosing. The simulation running of the device in Guangdong Province proves its effectiveness, the time setting and control strategy of the reclosing device has a certain significance for engineering applications.
