针对铂热电阻在工业温度测量中的应用,提出基于传递函数法的非线性校正方法并验证了其优越性和实用性。给出了一种基于PT100三线制连接的多点测温系统的设计方案,该系统以C8051F410处理器为核心,采用片内ADC分时控制,实现多路温度采集。实践表明,本方案可以提高温度测量精度和系统开发效率,可广泛应用于工业控制领域。 |

For application of PT100 in industrial temperature measurement, the transfer function method based nonlinear correction is proposed and its superiority and practicality is verified. Multi point temperature program is designed based on three wire PT100, using C8051F410 processor as the core, using the on chip ADC time shared control, and multi channel temperature acquisition is realized. Practice showed that this scheme can increase the temperature measurement accuracy and efficiency of system development, and can be widely used in industrial control field. |
