    摘要:

    旋转可变差动变压器式角位移传感器(RVDT)具有高灵敏度、高重复性、高可靠性等特点,在航空电控领域中,RVDT应用的范围越来越广泛,且功能越来越强大。基于RVDT的工作原理,分析了影响RVDT差动输出电压的各种结构因素,并利用有限元分析软件MAXWELL进行了仿真验证。分析及仿真结果表明,初级线圈的宽度、定子槽口宽度、转子外径和转子轭外径等结构参数对传感器的输出特性具有重要影响。为了研究输出电压对上述结构参数变化的敏感程度,采用正交试验的影响权重分析方法得到定子槽口宽度、转子外径和转子轭外径的影响权重比较大,从而为容差分析奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    With the characteristics of high sensitivity, high repeatability, high reliability, rotary variable differential transformer(RVDT)is also extensively used in the field of aviation electrical control, and the function is more and more powerful. In this paper. According to the working principle of RVDT and the finite element analysis software Maxwell, various structural factors affecting the differential output voltage of RVDT are analyzed and the simulation verification is completed. The analysis and simulation results show that the structure parameters such as the width of the primary coil, the width of the stator slot, the outer diameter of the rotor and the outer diameter of the rotor yoke have important influence on the output characteristics of the sensor. In order to study the changes of sensitivity of output voltage on the structure parameters, the weight analysis method of orthogonal experiment is adopted and the influence of stator slot width, rotor outer diameter and rotor yoke outer diameter is relatively large.
