    近年来,市场上出现了很多用于原油脱水的油水传感器和油水检测系统,但是都存在精度较低、误差大等问题,性能指标有待进一步提高,提出一种基于交流阻抗测量的智能油水测量方法。介绍了油水检测系统的原理和构成,构建了一种基于最小二乘法的非线性误差补偿模型,解决了介质温度与含水率对交流阻抗的影响,有效提高智能油水检测的准确性。实验结果表明本文所提出的方法能够有效提高原油含水检测的检测精度;采用这种非线性误差补偿方法的油水检测系统含水率检测范围为0 %-100 %,检测精度可以达到0.3 %,检测系统准确度高,达到了设计要求,能够满足相关企业的需求。

    Abstract:

    n recent years, a lot of oil-water sensor and oil-water detection systems for crude oil dehydration appear on the market, but there are problems emerged such as low accuracy, large error and so on. The performance indicators need to be further improved. Therefore, based on impedance measurement technology, an intelligent oil and water construction method based on AC impedance measurement was proposed. The principle and structure of the oil-water detection system are introduced, a nonlinear error compensation model based on the least square method is constructed, which solves the influence of the temperature and water content of the medium on the AC impedance are solved, and the accuracy of the intelligent oil-water detection effectively are improved. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the detection accuracy of water content detection in crude oil. The detection range of water content in the oil-water detection system using this nonlinear error compensation method is 0 %-100 %. The detection accuracy can reach 0.3 %. The detection system has high accuracy, meets the design requirements, and the needs of related enterprises.
