Abstract:RF power can generate a fixed frequency sine wave, high frequency power supply with a certain frequency,consisted of RF signal source, RF power amplifier and impedance matching device. The RF power as the plasma power supply, widely used in semiconductor processing equipment, LED and solar photovoltaic industry, plasma in scientific experiments, RF induction heating, plasma cleaning and disinfection of medical beauty and other fields. The RF power amplifier is the core of the RF power. This paper reviews the development status of domestic and foreign RF power, focus on analysis of the development of the RF power supply and RF power transistors and main technical differences, and on the domestic and foreign RF signal source, RF power amplifier and impedance matching development technology. On this basis, put forward suggestions on the rationality of the development of China’s radio frequency power supply.

Abstract:A multichannel highspeed pseudorandom sequence generator with common use has been developed. This generator is achieved by parallel/serial and clock tree based on FPGA, includes 4 parallel channels. The alternating frequency can be changed online. There are several choices for the pseudorandom sequence, such as m sequence, Bernoulli sequence or others. Signal integrity simulation for highspeed signals has been executed. Hardware tests validate that the experimental results and simulation results are consistent, the positive and negative margin of error is less than 100 mV, the minimum pulse width is 0.5 ns, and the transition frequency of the designed highspeed pseudorandom sequence generator can reach 2 Gbps. This highspeed pseudorandom sequence generator can be used in modulated wideband convertor as a mixer function, and can also be used in communication or radar, ultrasonic ranging domain.

Abstract:The principle of circuit tolerance design, analysis and allocation are introduced, and a tolerance design method based on EDA simulation technology is presented. This method is a synthesis of several tolerance analysis including parameter sweep analysis, sensitivity analysis and worst case analysis, which could be used to simulate and confirm the key parameters which most effect the tolerance performance of the circuit. The method is applied to the PSK interface circuit using Saber. Follow the step, the nominal value of some electric components are adjusted, and the deviation of the value of the electric components are adjusted through tolerance allocation.The result demonstrates that the tolerance performance of the circuit has been improved. The research provides a new way to improve the reliability of aerospace electronic products.

Abstract:In order to complete the clock synchronization planning of SDH network, this paper introduces a selection scheme of the accessed network elements of PRC based on iteration thought. Through setting the parameters in the synchronization network planning principles, according to the clock track distance from all the network elements to alternative network elements. In order to make the number of network elements covered within effective jump number as many as possible and make the average clock track distance of network elements covered as short as possible and make the PRC in the network as wellproportioned as possible. Iteration will make the results optimal. This scheme is encoded in MATLAB platform. This algorithm can intelligently plan out the network elements of PRC by automatic calculation instead of manual planning and reduce the difficulty of clock synchronization planning effectively. Meanwhile, it can improve the planning efficiency while ensuring the performance of the planning scheme.

Abstract:With the development of mobile devices, Android systems are becoming increasingly popular. Due to the high cost of NFC chip hardware, a large number of Android devices are not configured, resulting in limitations in the application range of the near field communication by using the NFC chip. In order to solve the general problem of near field communication. This paper introduces a schema which uses speaker and microphone builtin mobile device for the near field communication, presents the design of the prototype APP of Android phone, describes modulationdemodulation algorithm using soniccamplitude modulation to transmit binary information. The program has been tested in terms of compatibility, recognition rate, antiinterference etc. The results show some advantages, like low hardware requirements, economy, reliability. This method has good prospects for application.

Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of mutual coupling on DOA estimation, this paper proposes a weighted sparse representation method for DOA estimation with unknown mutual coupling. The proposed method divides the space into grids. Each grid is 1° partitioned. We utilize the Capon spectrum to design a weighted weights with unknown mutual coupling and propose to use the SVD of the data matrix to mold the problem with reduced dimensions. At last, we estimate the angle of the signal based on the L1norm. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed method can obtain better DOA estimation result and lower RMSE. Compared with traditional methods, the new algorithm can effectively suppress the unknown mutual coupling.

Abstract:Accurate SOC estimation is difficult to traditional algorithm, so that the battery management system (BMS) can’t works as better as we want. To solve this problem, we used PNGV model and identified its parameters, and estimated the SOC estimation using extended Kalman filter (EKF) with the improved PNGV. After the experiments and simulations, it’s clear that the method meets the requirements.

Abstract:Due to the location of the ground surrounding the installation of the electric field instrument more or less there are some buildings, but buildings have a certain atmospheric electric field distortion effect, resulting in inaccurate measurement values ??of the electric field. In this paper, Shenzhen, Ping and base atmospheric electric field instrument measured field strength data, using the finite difference, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and other methods, the Shenzhen area ground atmospheric electric field instrument installation location environment of the site revised and studied Shenzhen atmosphere variation of the electric field. Studies have shown that (1) the potential away from the building location atmospheric electric field is horizontal equipotential line distribution, while at a location near the building of the atmospheric electric field formed a certain distortion, so the floor to base geodetic field measured value is inaccurate, atmospheric electric field distortion factor calculated atmospheric electric field instrument to the top is 0.364 1; (2) the use of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method, the diurnal variation of atmospheric electric field strength signal decomposition concluded that the atmospheric electric field strength can be decomposed into 9 IMF component and a trend item, indicating that the Shenzhen area ground atmospheric electric field intensity oscillation cycle having a plurality of time scale changes. According to the trendterm component it can be seen that the magnitude of the overall strength of the electric field day showing a gradual increase trends.

Abstract:In order to highspeed parallel drive AM2301 singlebus digital temperature humidity sensor, the special driving logic circuit (IP core) had been designed with Verilog HDL hardware description language based on analysis of single bus communication timing and data verification algorithm of temperature and humidity sensor in this paper. Moreover, using the IP core to parallel drive 4way AM2301 single bus digital temperature and humidity sensor, the distributed temperature and humidity measurement system was composed, which realtime measurement data can been displayed on the LCD screen as character or graphically. The temperature and humidity measurement system not only had a perfect scalability of temperature and humidity sensor number, but also achieved the set temperature and humidity monitoring scope of the upper and lower limits, transfinite alarm, measurement data storage, historical data query and analysis, and other functions.

Abstract:In signal processing of vibration and noise, It is inefficient and difficult to extract data from the image containing complex curves in traditional method, and affects data analysis. In order to solve this problem, The paper combines the continuity of curve, the spatial characteristic between complex curves and the characteristic of RGB model, An algorithm aimed at identification and extraction of two curves and an algorithm aimed at identification and extraction of color multicurve were proposed, through recognizing, extracting, storing the coordinate data of each curve, and interpolating each curve, the simulation achieved data extraction of complex curve image. The proposed algorithms can quickly obtain the accurate result of curve image processing, and provided a reference for analysing and processing complex curve data of the image.
