    摘要:

    针对目前市场上汽车胎压监测系统的胎压传感器、微控制器、无线射频发射器分开设计所造成系统测量模块体积过大、安装繁琐、使用期限短、故障率高等问题,基于英飞凌公司设计研发的SP37传感器,在缩小系统测量模块体积、控制产品制造成本的同时提高了测量的精确度、可靠度以及稳定性。系统可以实时显示胎压数据,而且对行驶过程中的危险征兆及时预警。在汽车实地测量胎压试验中,系统表现稳定,达到预期目的。实验数据表明,设计具有稳定性好、测量精度高、系统功耗低等优点。

    Abstract:

    In view of the state of current market which the automobile tire pressure monitoring system uses the separate designed tire pressure sensor, micro controller and wireless, it has caused the problems such as large volume, cumbersome installation, short service life and high failure rate. This article is based on the SP37 sensor designed and developed by Infineon, which reduces the size of the system measurement module, controlled product manufacturing costs, as well as improves the measurement accuracy, reliability and stability of the system.The TPMS system can display the realtime tire pressure data and warn timely when danger comes in the running process. In the tire pressure testing of automotive field measurement,the system performed stably and achieve the desired purpose. Experimental data show that this design has many advantages such as good stability, high accuracy, and low system power consumption.
